  1. No date available at all

    You try to book in time and the venue cannot give you a single date within the voucher's validity? We put the full amount on your balance.

  2. Voucher refused or not as promised

    Does the venue refuse a valid voucher, or do you clearly not get what the deal says? Tell us within 7 days of your visit, we look into it and put the amount on your balance.

  3. Change or cancel for free

    You change or cancel a reservation for free up to the deadline shown on the deal. The voucher stays valid.

  4. Venue closed

    If a venue stops before you could use your voucher, you get your money back to your account.

  5. 14 days to change your mind

    Within 14 days of purchase you can return an unused voucher without a reason, to your account.

How do I report it?

Open a question with customer service and pick your order. Say when you tried to book or what went wrong. We reply within 24 hours.
